Also remember about the limit - within a year you can refer a maximum of 3 such clients.
We apply the principle of priority here. The reward will be given to the person who first referred a client that meets the program conditions.
Remember that you are acting here as the owner's proxy and you are submitting their contact details on their behalf. Remember that you must have their consent (which can also be revoked) to perform this action. If you have concerns that you may not have such permission, ask the person you want to refer to fill out the contact form themselves and enter your email address in the 'email of the person you referred' field. Remember that without this we will not be able to link you to that person and we will not be able to credit you with the reward.
Your referral is valid for 3 months or until the end of the program, which will be announced publicly on our website. If by that time the owner does not decide to cooperate with us, you will be able to refer them to the program again. Remember that if the owner decides to cooperate with us after the end of the program, unfortunately we will not be able to credit you with the reward.

At the beginning of the year you will receive from us PIT-11, on which basis you will report the reward to the tax office. All reporting rules are included in article 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and article 21 paragraph 1 point 68 of the income tax law for natural persons.
Yes. The only limit is referring a maximum of 3 such clients within a year. Each client can hand over any number of apartments, for which you will independently receive a commission.
No. After fulfilling all requirements for receiving the reward. It is paid out irrevocably.
Yes, the owner will receive such information and we will ask them for details about this referral. The owner from your referral will also receive a special offer - Up to 6 months of subscription for 299 PLN instead of 349 PLN. This is a total savings of 300 PLN discount.
