How much do your services cost?

Pobieramy stałą kwotę 399 zł miesięcznie za każde mieszkanie, niezależnie od jego wielkości czy ilości pokoi, oraz 899 zł jednorazowej opłaty startowej. Pozostałe typy nieruchomości (mikro-kawalerki, mieszkania na pokoje, domy jednorodzinne itd.) wyceniamy indywidualnie. Przy większej ilości mieszkań, na hasło "czytam uważnie" uzyskasz specjalny rabat.
What is the rental ecosystem?

It is our proprietary system of unique services supporting both the tenant and the owner throughout the rental period. Thanks to its introduction, the owner and tenant gain a new standard of service to which they become accustomed and can no longer imagine renting any other way. Paper agreements? Endless tenant-owner disputes over minor improvements? Those days are long gone!
How do you verify tenants?

Tenants are certified in a modern way with full respect for privacy through algorithms and a special system. After obtaining the certificate, the tenant earns points for activities such as diligence, transparency in communication, professional position, and a range of other factors, which contribute to a final assessment made by a human.
How do you supervise my property?

Starting with an exceptionally detailed and modern inventory at the beginning of the cooperation, through periodic audits, ongoing contact, and systems monitoring the most important elements of your apartment. Such a system is continuously updated to keep you informed about as many details as possible happening in your apartment.
My apartment needs renovation. Can I count on you?

From minor apartment furnishings to medium-scale thorough renovations. 'The budget isn't elastic,' and we fully understand the meaning of this phrase. Your apartment will be properly prepared for rental with us.
I still don't know what to do with the apartment...

These are common dilemmas we hear almost daily. By scheduling a free consultation with our advisor, you will learn about your real options (renting out the apartment is not always the best solution). Not all options require your financial contribution. Gain the knowledge that will help you make a decision.

How much does it cost to rent an apartment?
As a tenant, prepare for the following fees:
- Rent - specified in the offer
- Administrative fees - these are costs determined individually by the manager of a given building, which usually include: water, waste disposal, stairwell cleaning, central heating, etc. At the same time, these costs will change during the rental period depending on consumption and the economic situation of the region (price increases for water, heating).
- Liability insurance - Once a year, liability insurance is required. Read more here. The cost is less than 100 PLN per year for a sum of 100,000 PLN.
- Deposit (refundable) - It is the amount of one month's rent and administrative fees combined. The deposit is settled within 30 days after moving out.
- Notary cost - About 250 PLN fee paid to the notary, once per contract.
I want to become a tenant. What conditions must I meet?
As a tenant, remember the following:
- Showing stable income - e.g., employment contract, long-term contract, etc.
- Showing sufficiently high income - Your account inflows must exceed the rent and administrative fees by at least twice. (Example: If the rent with fees is 2500 PLN, your account should receive at least 5000 PLN per month) - We verify this systemically
- No debts - we verify this systemically
- You must be a non-smoker - this applies to all types of substances
Do I need insurance?

Yes. For a minimum amount of 50,000 PLN. This is tenant liability insurance, which includes special clauses for selected situations during the rental period. You can also purchase such insurance with our help, starting from 70 PLN per year. You can also buy it independently, we only require the appropriate clauses in the insurance.
I'm renting for the first time. I have many questions

I have a pet. Can I keep it in the apartment?

We strive to make this possible in every apartment. However, always confirm this possibility with our salesperson before signing the rental agreement.
We are a family and have children. What conditions must we meet?
We are very pleased that you have chosen one of our apartments. What you should remember before signing the contract is:
- Your total income must be twice the amount of rent and administrative fees
- The apartment must be large enough to meet all your needs. If you choose a studio, our salesperson may suggest another, larger apartment.
