Information clause on personal data processing

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR', I inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Tak Mieszkać Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., based in Szczecin (71-425), Lutniana 39/109 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Administrator').
  2. For matters related to personal data protection, please contact us at the email address: kontakt@takmieszkac.pl or by mail at the company's registered address provided above.
  3. Your personal data will be processed in connection with the legitimate interests of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR):
    • to ensure safety and property protection in the viewed apartment during its presentation,
    • to conduct a remote apartment presentation
    • for training purposes.
  4. Recipients of your personal data may include:
    • companies providing services or delivering IT solutions.
  5. Personal data will be processed for no longer than 30 days from the date of recording, and in cases where the recordings constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under legal regulations or may constitute evidence in proceedings, the above period is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings.
  6. In situations provided for by law, you have the right to:
    • the right to access your data and receive a copy,
    • the right to rectify (correct) your data,
    • the right to delete personal data,
    • the right to restrict data processing,
    • the right to data portability - if the legal basis for their processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) or a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    • the right to withdraw consent for data processing when it constitutes the basis for data processing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), without affecting the processing carried out before the withdrawal,
    • the right to object to the processing of your personal data - if the legal basis for their processing is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  7. If you believe that the processing of personal data violates GDPR regulations, you may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  8. Your personal data is not subject to transfer outside the European Economic Area.
  9. During the processing of your personal data, automated decision-making, including profiling, will occur.
