Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes how the Administrator uses Cookies and other similar technologies in connection with the website and the services provided by the Administrator. The Cookie Policy applies to the Tak Mieszkać Platform, which includes both the Administrator's websites and applications.

I. Definitions

The individual terms used in this Cookie Policy have the meanings assigned to them below or in the Terms of Use of the Tak Mieszkać Platform:

  1. Administrator - Tak Mieszkać sp. z o.o. sp. k., based in Szczecin at Katowicka 4, 71-032 Szczecin, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000787060, Tax ID: 8522656471, REGON: 38339438000000;
  2. Cookie - means IT data, in particular text files, saved and stored on the User's Devices (e.g. computer, laptop, smartphone). These files enable, for example, the recognition of the User's Device, the provision of services by the Administrator, or the appropriate adjustment of the website or application to the individual preferences and expectations of the User. Cookies are not used to identify the User, but based on them, in combination with certain data contained in our databases or the databases of Trusted Entities, the User's identity may be determined;
  3. External Cookies - means Cookies placed by entities other than the Administrator, including Trusted Entities, through their websites. Individual entities are the operators of the Cookies they initiate, and the Administrator may not have control over their selection and policy. The services provided by these entities are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may change the terms of the services they provide, the purpose, and the use of Cookies at any time;
  4. Trusted Entities - external entities whose services Tak Mieszkać uses. The services of Trusted Entities may be part of the service provided by Tak Mieszkać (e.g. displaying a Cookie banner) or serve an auxiliary function (e.g. payment gateway providers);
  5. Device - means any electronic terminal device through which the User accesses the Tak Mieszkać Platform or uses the Administrator's Services;
  6. Website - a website owned by the Administrator through which the Administrator can provide services electronically. The website is not the Tak Mieszkać Platform;
  7. Tak Mieszkać Platform - as defined in the Terms of Use of the Tak Mieszkać Platform.

II. Types of Cookies Used

  1. Types of Cookies in terms of their necessity for use by the Administrator:
    1. Necessary Cookies - these are all Cookies that are required to be saved on the User's Device for the proper and secure operation of the Tak Mieszkać Platform or Website and are necessary for the proper provision of electronic services, including for statistical or preferential purposes on anonymous data, where profiling does not occur. These can be both session and permanent Cookies. Some necessary Cookies are also saved by Trusted Entities. The legal basis for processing data from necessary Cookies is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator) and/or Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (for the purpose of performing a contract);
    2. Optional Cookies - these are all Cookies, session or permanent, that serve statistical or advertising purposes, aimed at improving the quality of services, displaying advertisements, and appropriately selecting marketing content for Users. The User may not consent to their storage without detriment to the functioning of the Website, the Tak Mieszkać Platform, or the proper provision of electronic services. The legal basis for processing information from optional Cookies is the User's consent;
  2. Types of Cookies in terms of their storage duration:
    1. Session Cookies - temporary files that remain on the User's Device until the web browser is closed or logged out of the Tak Mieszkać Platform, unless the web browser settings provide for their default further storage;
    2. Permanent Cookies - files that remain on the User's Device for the time specified in the 'cookies' parameters or until they are manually deleted by the User in the web browser settings.
  3. Types of Cookies in terms of their purpose:
    1. Necessary Cookies - as described in section 1(a) above,
    2. Preference Cookies - Optional Cookies that collect information about the User's preferences but do not affect the possibility or quality of the service provided by the Administrator,
    3. Statistical Cookies - Optional Cookies that allow the Administrator to conduct analytics or statistics of the Website or the Tak Mieszkać Platform, which are not necessary for the provision of the service by the Administrator or its proper operation,
    4. Advertising Cookies - Optional Cookies that allow the customization of marketing and advertising content for the User.

III. Purposes and Principles of Using Cookies

  1. The Administrator uses Cookies for the purpose of:
    1. authentication or maintaining session state (JSON Web Tokens) - These are Cookies necessary for the proper use of the Administrator's Website and the Tak Mieszkać Platform. Thanks to them, the Administrator can display appropriate information and functions, which also enable maintaining the session state on the Tak Mieszkać Platform after logging in or on the Website, so that the User does not have to re-enter the login and password or other data when using the Tak Mieszkać Platform or browsing the Website, e.g. in available forms or chat. We also save information about how Users use the Tak Mieszkać Platform or Website (language, settings). Authentication and maintaining session state thus enable, among other things, easy login, automatic form filling, and remembering website settings made by the User, which improves the provision of services and increases the comfort of using the Administrator's websites;
    2. configuration of the Tak Mieszkać Platform - These are Cookies necessary to maintain the configurations of the Tak Mieszkać Platform selected by you. They enable the settings of functions and services on the Tak Mieszkać Platform, including, in particular, optimizing the use of available functionalities and adjusting their content to the User's preferences and expectations by remembering the settings selected by the User;
    3. ensuring the security and reliability of the Tak Mieszkać Platform and Website - These are Cookies necessary for the safe use of the Tak Mieszkać Platform and Website. They enable the verification of the authenticity of the connection and the optimization of the performance of the Tak Mieszkać Platform and Website;
    4. displaying advertisements - These are optional Cookies and do not affect the proper functioning of the Tak Mieszkać Platform or Website. These Cookies allow the personalization of marketing messages and the display of promotional messages and advertisements that are more interesting to Users and at the same time more valuable to advertisers. They can also be used to display advertisements outside the Administrator's websites. The display of advertisements results from the User's browser settings and can be changed by the User at any time. External Cookies may also be handled within these Cookies;
    5. conducting viewership audits and for statistical purposes - These are necessary or optional Cookies, depending on the purpose and scope of the data collected. These Cookies do not affect the proper functioning of the Tak Mieszkać Platform or Website, but they help us improve the services provided. Cookies allow the Administrator to better understand the preferences of Users and thereby improve and develop services. As part of necessary Cookies, the Administrator collects anonymous information and processes data on trends without identifying the personal data of individual Users. Optional Cookies allow for detailed data collection, including the User's personal data;
  2. The Administrator uses software from other entities, including Trusted Entities, such as Google Analytics, Pixel Meta, Insight Tag LinkedIn, HubSpot, Bing Ads, YouTube, Gartner Digital Markets, which may place data on the User's Device that allows the collection of information about Users or even their identification. As a result, External Cookies may also appear on the Website and the Tak Mieszkać Platform, which, like the Administrator's Cookies, may be optional or necessary for the proper provision of services. An example of a necessary External Cookie would be one from HubSpot, so that the Cookie banner can be displayed to the User at all.
  3. The Administrator uses External Cookies for the purposes of:
    1. automated login or registration to the Tak Mieszkać Platform using the specified external service (e.g. Google),
    2. collecting general and anonymous static data through analytical tools,
    3. collecting detailed statistical data through analytical tools, provided that consent is given for their processing,
    4. presenting multimedia content on the Administrator's Websites, which is downloaded from an external website,
    5. using interactive features to facilitate communication or popularize the Tak Mieszkać Platform through tool and social networking services,
    6. presenting opinions and content on the Administrator's Websites, which are downloaded from an external website,
    7. handling internal tools for servicing our Users, including CRM software, online payment processing, etc.
  4. When giving consent to Cookies, you can consent to all types of Cookies or only selected categories using the Cookie Settings.
  5. In addition to Cookies, the Administrator may also use other technologies and technical solutions that allow access to information stored on the Device, and whose operation is necessary for the functioning of the Tak Mieszkać Platform or Website.

IV. Browser Settings and Cookies

  1. By default, software used to browse websites allows Cookies to be placed on the Device. These settings can be changed to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their each transmission to the User's Device. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling Cookies is available in the software settings (web browser). Disabling the option in the web browser that allows Cookies to be saved does not generally prevent the use of the Administrator's websites, but it may cause difficulties and reduce the comfort of using the Website. As part of using the Tak Mieszkać Platform, the Administrator uses necessary Cookies for the proper and secure provision of services.
  2. A User of the Tak Mieszkać Platform who shares a Device with other people should remember to log out after each use of the Tak Mieszkać Platform.
  3. The User can delete Cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser they use.
